My withdrawal on Axi was delayed for over a week, with little response from support. The trading platform also lags at times, making the experience poor.

Axi’s platform occasionally lags, and support is hard to reach. I faced a withdrawal delay that took over a week to resolve—not ideal for active traders.

This broker is unprofessional. I tried to top up my account to avoid margin call, but it took 30 minutes to process. I got stopped out. Axi's deposit method is slow. Support team blamed me for risk management. They are not liable for my losses. Worst broker ever.

Opened trading account here about 4 years ago. Generally no problems. Trading conditions were pleasant and improving. Trading terminal works without glitches, execution was always according to terms and conditions. average spreads that aren't always narrow as stated but acceptable.

In the design and functions, its MetaTrader 4 desktop platform is almost the same with its web trading platform. The main difference is to set price alerts.

Its demo accounts are only available for 30 days. It is very unfriendly for newbies. But, I feels good, fast exection, no delays, no disconections. The servers are stable. They told me that spreads would be the same with live accounts. Hope it is ture.
