Could you double-check whether GoFX is actually regulated?

Dear Investor,

We have re-examined the regulatory status of GOFX and found that it only claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and authorized by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. We have verified this registration, however, it is important to note that this is merely an International Business Company (IBC) registration and does not constitute a valid regulatory license. The SVG FSA has formally stated that it does not regulate forex trading activities.

Additionally, although GOFX has an office in Cyprus, we were unable to find the company listed in the registry of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC). This indicates that the company is operating in this jurisdiction without proper authorization, which poses significant risks.

Based on these findings, we strongly advise against investing with such brokers, as there is a substantial risk of fraud.
