ANSWER Dear Investor, Wealth Way Fx claims to be the trading name of Wealthway Corporation and states it is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under license number 26349 BC 2021. Our search of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines did return a matching entity, but its registration status is clearly marked as Cancelled, meaning the company is no longer active in that jurisdiction. Even if the registration were still valid, it would only represent an International Business Company (IBC) incorporation, which does not constitute a financial or forex trading license. Importantly, the SVG FSA does not regulate or authorize forex brokers, so referring to this IBC number as a license is misleading. Given that the registration is cancelled and never provided legitimate regulatory oversight to begin with, Wealth Way Fx appears to operate without any valid authorization. We strongly advise you to avoid engaging with this platform.
