Vault Markets claims that its operating entity, VaultMarkets (Pty) Ltd, is registered in South Africa and acts as a duly authorized Juristic Representative of RocketX (Pty) Ltd, a firm that is indeed licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa.
However, our verification through the FSCA’s official register shows that the entity listed under the name VAULTMARKETS SA (PTY) LTD currently has a status of “Applied”, meaning that even if this entity corresponded to the platform, it has not yet been granted regulatory authorization to operate as a financial services provider.
While RocketX (Pty) Ltd is a legitimate FSCA-licensed company, its official FSCA registration details contain no mention of Vault Markets or any formal appointment of VaultMarkets (Pty) Ltd as its Juristic Representative. This raises serious doubts about the validity of Vault Markets’ claims, and there is a real risk that the representation is fabricated or misleading.
Given the lack of verifiable regulatory approval and the absence of official linkage to a licensed entity, Vault Markets appears highly questionable. We strongly advise you to avoid investing with this platform to protect yourself from potential fraud and financial loss.
