ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend trading with Transgold Markets due to its lack of valid regulatory credentials. Transgold Markets has not provided any regulatory information, merely claiming to be registered in Saint Lucia. Although we were able to locate the company information for Transgold Markets Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) system, this only indicates that it has registered as an International Business Company (IBC) and does not mean it has obtained authorization from any regulatory authority or holds a broker's license. The Saint Lucia IFC has no authority to regulate forex derivative trading, nor does it issue licenses for such activities. Therefore, Transgold Markets may actually be entirely unauthorized and is not a legitimate trading platform.
