My withdrawal request on February 13th was rejected. Contacting customer service has been fruitless and just a delay; the only replies are "under review" and "please wait patiently." So, does Windsor allow deposits but not withdrawals—once you're in, you can't leave? Would a legitimate broker arbitrarily refuse withdrawals? Would a legitimate platform lack a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and be unable to explain the review timeline?
