PAMM Page Pictures shared here showing my balance and Error. Now the page has been totally stopped responding we couldnt anything. please help me to

to get my money back, I took loans to invest with them and now I dont have anything to repay my loans nothing even left for daily expenses as all of salary is going to pay the loan installments.

Thanks for considering my complaint please see the attached pictures.

my balance with TENX PAMM left on September 30,2025 was USD 6085.01 initially I deposited 2,300 USD then in September 2025 I deposited 3,685 plus 100 USD was my profit share carried forward from August 2025.

We have received your complaint and conveyed to TenX Prime, if any response, we will immediately inform you. 
Could you please provide some proofs to support your complaint? including account number, PAMM page and chat history with this broker. You may add proofs in your complaint.

I invested a total of USD 6,100 in the TenX Prime PAMM system. Everything was working fine until October 1, 2025, when the PAMM page stopped responding. Since then, I can still log in to the main TenX Prime website, but I cannot access the PAMM page — it only shows “Server not responding” every time I try. The TenX Prime support team initially said it was a technical issue, but now they have stopped replying completely. It has been weeks with no access to my funds and no update or explanation from the company. I request to review this issue and help recover my funds or take action against TenX Prime
