We have received your complaint and conveyed to TenX Prime, if any response, we will immediately inform you. 
Could you please provide some proofs to support your complaint? including account number, Login screenshot and chat history with this broker. You may add proofs in your complaint.

Hi there

 

would like to find out if you are able to assist in collecting back all my investment funds from Tenx Prime. I cannot login to my account as they claimed that the website is down.

I have approx 181K USD in the investment itself. It has been almost 1 week since the login page is down.

 

Tenx Support team replies to email saying that they are trying to get the system back up.

 

Please help!
