I am writing to share my review of the services provided by Tio Markets, which I believe to be a fraudulent broker.im Saba Sarwar , and I opened an account with Tio Markets with the MT5 Account No.1043180. I would like to bring to your attention an incident that has occurred with my account, leading me to conclude that Tio Markets Broker is engaging in unethical practices. On 22th April 2025, I deposited $340 into my account and opened a buy trade of 28 shares of US stock Tsla and I made a profit of $326. However, when I requested to withdraw my profits,so Tio Markets canceled all my profits and even my initial deposit Also and block my mt5 account and my client portal too.and They emailed me, accusing me of brijing of negative balance rules trading. Tio Market claimed that I violated their rules and misused their Negative Balance Protection (NBP) policy. However, this accusation seems highly dubious.Because I never avail any negative balance facility from this company because my account never going in negative every time I made profit. So how I avail negative balance facility from this broker. I fail to understand how trading based on speculation or market news can be considered fraudulent. When I lost money, they did not raise any concerns about rule violations. But now that I have profited, they refuse to honor my earnings and confiscated both my profit and capital. I strongly believe this broker is scamming its clients.Tio Markets appears to run standalone servers that are not connected to legitimate exchanges. If my trading strategy resulted in a loss, would the company compensate me for my loss? If not, why is the company penalizing me for earning profits? I urge all retail traders to exercise caution when trading with Tio Markets Based on my experience, this broker is unreliable and dishonest. They lure traders into depositing money but refuse to honor withdrawals when profits are made. Please give me justice
