I have requested a withdrawal for USD 2000 one month back. The company has not processed it despite repeated followups and the relationship manager also never responded properly. After 15 days the RM called me and told it will be processed before 5th January 2025. On that night they have increased the spread on all the commodities and currency pairs multiple folds . For eg spread on gold and silver was increased 7000 times which has almost cause liquidation my account. The RM is generally non responsive and he given so me false promises of normalizing everything by certain dates which is never adhered to. The spreads are still in that u reasonable level.
