They do not even answer any method (live chat) and all e-mails feedback!

they called me 2 days before and say they will proceed with it and they send a ticket to finance to check with them

I requested a withdrawal of 677$ and now I found this transaction on my account

they withdraw all funds in my account not only what I requested and nothing hits my skrill account

please i really need some help?
