I submitted a withdrawal request to HTFX on July 16, 2024, for USD 37,402.32, using cryptocurrency as the withdrawal method. As of today, August 15, 2025, the funds have still not arrived. During this period, I contacted HTFX many times, but they simply prevaricated by saying, "There is nothing unusual with the withdrawal, please continue to wait." They refused to provide any progress details, reasons for the handling, or written proof. HTFX's customer service did not provide clear instructions on the operating procedures, nor did they proactively communicate. Their attitude was evasive, which clearly violated the normal withdrawal time limits and basic obligations of normal financial institutions.
