I have been trading on EE TRADE, followed all their rules, no cheating, no abnormal trades. I made some profit and applied for withdrawal like normal. But they stopped my withdrawal and didn't give any real reason like risk control or account issue. Instead, they suddenly asked me to send high‑resolution photos of me holding my bank card (front and back). This is not required by their own rules or any law, just extra demands after I made money. They even threatened to freeze my account forever if I don't provide those photos. I think they just want to collect my private info and make excuses to keep my money. I did nothing wrong, just normal trading. This is totally unfair and I need my money back.
