On March 28, 2026, I was introduced to BitxEX by a friend. Because of the high leverage, I deposited funds to trade contracts. In total, I deposited and withdrew about 12,000 USDT, with a floating profit of 12,600 USDT in my account. On April 13, when I tried to withdraw funds, I was informed that BitxEX had permanently frozen my account for arbitrage and logging in on multiple devices. I contacted customer service, but they gave me the risk control department's email address as the final resolution and did not reply to my email.
