Could you please provide some proofs to support your complaint? including deposit and chat history with this broker. You may add proofs in your complaint.
We have received many reports about this scam broker. It is suggested that you seek help from the local police. Enforcements are authorized to recover ill-gotten from criminals.

I deposited ₹5,500 into my Quotex account using UPI (PhonePe) on 17 June 2025 at 6:02 PM. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, but in the Quotex app it shows as “Failed.”
Transaction Details:
- UTR Number: 824719499297
- Payment Method: UPI (PhonePe)
- Date & Time: 17-06-2025, 6:02 PM
- Amount: ₹5,500
- Registered Email on Quotex: quotexnew15428@gmail.com
I contacted Quotex support, and they said they have forwarded this issue to their financial provider. However, even after several days, no refund or update has been given.
Please assist in resolving this issue and help me recover my money or credit the amount to my account.
