This is one of worst platforms I traded on. I did not mind paying the commission out of pocket. I respect that. But when it was time to withdraw. I was told to pay taxes, for state and federal. Which it doesn’t make sense. The company based out of London. They based their taxes in NY, which has the highest tax rate in the US. And capital gains tax. To a company based out of the US. They will not respond to your messages on their platform. I knew I should have done more research on them. Stay the Fuck away !!! There are other good platforms that do better !!

Severe slippage, stop-loss didn’t work, and support was dismissive. Poor trading experience.

ECN account is great, and like the raw and low spread. Cross fingers for my first withdrawal!

I have been using ZFX to trade for 2 years until now. It is a stable and safe platform. By the way, you must find youself customer manager. that is a start for good service.

This broker has terrible customer service. The chat is not working and the emails are ignored. I do not recommend it at all.

ZFX, withdrawals have their quirks. Delays and communication lapses can make the process less smooth than it should be.

ZFX, I'm hungry for more education. Your resources are great, but adding advanced content would cater to traders like me seeking deeper insights

Their customer service gives fast and relevant answers. They can be contacted in several languages. I can use a lot of tools, including a demo account and live account. Account opening is fast and fully digital.
