TradingPoint claims that its underlying entity is Trading Point Of Financial Instruments Ltd and provides a link to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) registry, implying that it is regulated by CySEC. However, upon checking the registry, we found that the website registered under this licensed entity is not the platform you are inquiring about, but rather a different platform named Trading Point. Therefore, we believe the platform you are consulting is misrepresenting itself by misappropriating the regulatory information of a compliant broker to fake its own compliance credentials. Furthermore, on June 2nd of this year, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) added TradingPoint to its warning list, stating that it conducts trading activities in its jurisdiction without authorization. In conclusion, TradingPoint carries an extremely high risk of being a fraudulent broker. We strongly advise you to avoid engaging in any trading activities with this platform.
