These guys leave me no option but to write a review, I have deposited $200 in my account through crypto and it is more than 24hrs the money has yet not credited to my account. The customer service is of no good they ask me to contact billing/payment department but more than 24hrs passed and there is no response from their end.They keep on saying your ticket is in the queue. Why have so many customers when you cannot handle them. I have used one of the fastest network for USDT deposit BEP20 so they can't even blame the blockchain.
