This company is a scam. I was trading a commodity, after half a month they suddenly claimed they got a large charge from their lp and decided to edit my mt4 and stole the profits of 18k.I will open a case against them

"I started to trade CFD in Price markets UK since Oct 1 2020, having several long position of US Natural Gas CFD.On Oct 12, Price Markets suddenly sent me emails to inform me Liquidity provider calculation of overnight swap fee are totally incorrect and need to re-calculate and charge fee back for previous holding period. It is totally ridiculous and unfair for customers!In the email, they admitted there was a technical error of their company system. But, the company did not bear any cost, they require customers to bear all costs! It is their mistake, showing wrong figure in MT4. Why customer should bear this cost ? What I did is simpily following information on MT4 to place orders.Besides, Price Market UK send out daily statement from Oct 1.Daily statement is an evidence to confirm the accuracy of data. Black and white, Price market has responsibility to ensure trade details in statement is correct. On Oct 1st my first position was opened, but Oct 12th inform me the rate is incorrect ! Without any prior notification or warning given! Price market suddenly require charge back swap charge in previous holding date. God knows what is the swap rate for prior few days. From my standpoint, Price market is misleading me to do transaction. After all, if i know the rate is so high , i would not open positions. It is the same case in restaurant. price showed in menu, after customers finished the meal, the restaurant suddenly claimed the price in menu is incorrect, need to pay extra. Is it fair ? it is reasonable?"
