Ox Securities

Between November 28 and December 2, 2024 I experienced multiple platform outages on Ox Securities’ MetaTrader 4. These disruptions made it impossible to manage my trades, resulting in the complete liquidation of my account. Despite submitting detailed and precise evidence to Ox customer service multiple times, Ox Securities provided inconsistent explanations and sent back shoddy and unsubstantiated 'evidence' showing their server performance as 'working effectively' but they only sent Nov 27th and nothing for the dates of the actual complait. At first, they blamed my VPS provider, but when I sent prood that the VPS had no issues, they changed their story to a “networking problem.” Other brokers on the same VPS functioned perfectly during this time, making it clear the issue was specific to Ox Securities. On top of this, they pride themselves on being an A-book broker however I asked them outright and they admitted they not book B-book trades, if you know anything about trading you will know that B-Book brokers profit when traders lose money.Additionally, their responses to trade investigation forms were generic and dismissive, showing no signs of a proper investigation. They lack transparency and accountability, which has caused immense financial and emotional stress. I do not recommend Ox Securities.
