STILL WITHHOLDING FUNDS! CEO MARLENE SINGH TURNS ON CLIENT!!CEO Marlene Singh now tries to accuse me of spreading lies about the company in my previous review instead of focusing on fulfilling on all the empty promises made and STILL NO INTENTION of completing my withdrawal request!!?? Below is an email from CEO Marlene Singh dated 03 September 2025 does this look like the grammar of a credible CEO from a reputable Financial Services company registered with the FSCA? Good day My team has gotten a response from zapper and the only way for us to do this is EFT or butcoin since this is profits and not a payment refund And below is another email from CEO Marlene Singh received at 05:00 on 05 September 2025. Again, look at the grammar and the blatant refusal to address the issue of not completing my Withdrawal request from 4 weeks ago!! Good day I just saw your email and i did nit at all blame Zapper infact they have been more than willing to assist me, i believe that you are very unfair in what you done because I've been constantly following up about this matter with finance, we also informed you that zapper was unable to process the payment other than what u intialy paid. NOBODY BLAMED Zapper pls correct your comment pls stop this lies. I will not communicate with u any further when u continue spreading lies about the business. It can be clearly seen from other reviews this is not an isolated incident but rather a recurring topic/fault by Luxe Markets and CEO MARLENE SINGH ! THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY! YOU NEED TO COMPLETE CLIENTS WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS!

LIES AND AVOIDANCE!! WITHHOLDING FUNDS!!* Update 03/09/2025 - CEO Marlene Singh goes from promising a swift resolve to blaming other vendors such as ZAPPER for not being able to resolve simple withdrawal and simply states I MUST accept BITCOIN payment or EFT but they’ve been supplied with ALL banking details including International BIC/SWIFT details and STILL NOT doing a single thing to resolve. Unbelievable!! Talk about sabotaging your own business!?!?It’s a shame cannot offer less than the 1 star rating. Absolute shambles of a company with ZERO regard for the customer. The only caring person I spoke to was Juanè who has tried all avenues to get my withdraws request from 05/08/2025 resolved.The Finance Department refuse to respond. The CEO has responded with empty promises then disappeared. The Complaints Department have failed to acknowledge 2 submitted complaints and the online Customer Services Department REFUSE to escalate my case to a Formal Complaint!!I have raised complaints against Luxe Markets with FAIS Ombudsman who are further investigating and have logged all correspondence between myself and Luxe Markets but none of this seems to have the slightest effect on Luxe Markets or instil any sense of urgency put their clients first!Their entire setup and approach shows them to be totally void of any ethics or compassion towards their clients not to mention a complete lack of professionalism.AVOID THIS ‘COMPANY’ AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Overall rating 1 out of 5.Poor customer support ,running around in circles with the same query ,unable to provide support.Finance department doesn't respond for 8 business days. Withdrawal on its 9 business day, and no feedback given nor has it been approved for processing.
