Is Finex Trades a licensed and secured forex broker?

ANSWER Finex Trades is an unauthorized broker and should be avoided at all events. Finex Traders claims it is located in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. However, we did not find any matching results from FCA's registry. Besides, this broker claims to be regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). However, we did not find any matching results to Finex Traders in ASIC. So Finex Traders is not regulated by any regulators.That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Finex Traders and trade with licensed brokers.
