i'm trading with them during half a year. exness is not my only brocker. i've been with a number of brokers. and i should say exness satisfies me as well. their spreads and data feeds are reasonable. but i should mention that ther are to many requetes all the time. also auto wd is absolutely convinient thing. so that's my vision

Everything goes well until you intend to make withdrawal. They come up with excuses that your account is not yet verified like they forgot that they had sent the verification email before, and start asking you questions as a condition before withdrawing. Then after they send you a code to put to finish withdrawal but no money ever comes to your bank. Pure scammers! Stay away from them as far as you can.

To,Dear Exness Support Team, I am officially filing a complaint against Exness regarding inconsistencies and discrimination in its compensation policy. My trading activities were affected due to a server issue, yet Exness compensated only one account while unfairly denying compensation for the other.Case Details:1. Account Number: 88972297 (Case ID: 07849801)Received an email on August 25, 2022, instructing close trades.Compensation was granted for the losses incurred due to the server issue.2. Account Number: 88006106 (Case ID: 07930835)Received instructions on October 8, 2022, to close trades late.Despite the same server issue, Exness denied compensation for this account.Objections:1. Why is Exness applying a discriminatory compensation policy?Both accounts were accessed from the same IP address. And both account mineExness’ server logs can confirm that both accounts were affected equally.The same server issue caused losses, yet only one account was compensated while the other was not.2. Exness' approach is unfair and reflects a lack of consistency in its policies.My Demands:Immediate compensation for account 88006106, similar to what was granted to account 88972297.Exness must clarify why two different decisions were made for the same issue.Exness must ensure transparency and fairness in its compensation policy for all clients.I have also reported to FSA because the compliance team is not responding at allI would like to bring to your attention some important facts that I believe have not been fully considered.As you have confirmed, there was a server issue on 18th August 2022 from 13:27 GMT+0 to 14:04 GMT+0, which lasted for approximately one hour. During this time, I was unable to close my open trades, which were in profitable positions.Unfortunately, during this exact period, major GBP/USD news was released, which caused a sudden drop in the market. I tried to hedge my positions to protect my profits and reduce risk, but due to the server error, I could not execute any new trades.By the time the system was accessible again and I could place trades, it was too late—the market had already moved significantly against my position, resulting in a substantial loss, which I believe could have been avoided if the platform had been functioning properly.I kindly request you to reconsider my case in light of these facts. EXNESS SCAM Exness carries out total manipulation, not only in BTC prices, they closed one of my orders to affect my operations, my account that was supposed to increase with a large drop in BTC, on the contrary it decreased from 69 thousand USD to 40 thousand USD, which forced me to close the emergency operation, Exness wanted to stop me by manipulating the price of BTC with a slide of more than 1300 USD compared to other platforms.
