Does this broker hold valid licenses from any regulators?
Samuel B
印度尼西亚

ANSWER Dear Investor, ACG Markets claims to be regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) under License Number SD182. Our investigation confirms that this company is indeed listed with the Seychelles FSA, and its registered websites matches the platform in question. However, it is important to note that the Seychelles FSA is considered an offshore regulatory authority, often associated with less stringent oversight and limited investor protection. As such, this regulatory status should not be viewed as a guarantee of the platform’s reliability or the safety of your investments. We strongly advise exercising caution when considering engagement with such entities. Thorough due diligence is essential before making any investment decisions.

Which jurisdictions is this broker licensed in?

ANSWER Dear Investor, AXPM does not hold a valid financial license and should be approached with extreme caution. AXPM claims to operate under Axel Private Market Limited, which is registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). While we can confirm that a matching company exists in the SVG FSA registry (Business Company Reg: 25652 BC 2019), this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status. It does not constitute a financial services license or forex broker authorization. The SVG FSA has explicitly stated that it does not regulate, supervise, or license forex trading or brokerage services. Companies registered with the SVG FSA are not subject to capital adequacy requirements, client fund segregation rules, or any form of investor protection scheme. The absence of legitimate regulatory oversight is a significant red flag. We strongly advise you to avoid trading with AXPM to protect your funds.

Is Elefin a Scam?

ANSWER Dear Investor, Based on our investigation, Elefin does not hold a valid financial license from any recognized regulator. Elefin claims to operate under Elefin Ltd., which is registered with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre(IFC). While we confirm that a matching company exists in the registry of Saint Lucia IFC, this registration merely grants it International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial license. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. Besides, Elefin is unlicensed by any recognized financial authority. This is a major red flag of being fraudulent operation. We therefore strongly advise you to avoid trading with Elefin to protect your funds.

Is Aiprime safe to trade with? I have seen reports of withdrawal issues.

ANSWER Dear Investor, Aiprime claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. Our review found a matching company in the FSC's licensing register. However, the Mauritius FSC does not publicly disclose the official websites or domain names associated with its licensees, making it difficult to independently confirm whether the broker's website is directly connected to the licensed entity. Meanwhile, please note that the Mauritius FSC is considered an offshore regulator with relatively lenient oversight and limited investor protection. This means that holding an FSC license alone does not provide comprehensive safeguards for your investments. Regarding the withdrawal concerns you mentioned, reports of withdrawal-related complaints should be taken seriously when evaluating a broker's credibility and operational reliability. Therefore, we recommend exercising caution when dealing with this broker. Investors should conduct thorough due diligence, verify all available regulatory information, and carefully assess the broker's reputation, trading conditions, and withdrawal record before making any investment decisions.

D Prime stole $478 from my account and refuses to process my withdrawal.

CONTENT Client ID: 2075466 Deposit: $300 USD (Deposit ID: 9545222) + $60 Bonus Profit: $242 USD (Trading XAUUSD to Take Profit) Unauthorized Deduction: $478 USD (Deduction ID: 9615237) Remaining Balance: $87 USD I am filing this complaint because DooPrime has unjustly confiscated my funds and is blocking my withdrawal. On September 1, 2026, after hitting my Take Profit on XAUUSD, I requested a withdrawal of $242 USD. The request stayed "Pending" for days. On September 3, I cancelled it and requested a smaller amount of $190 USD, hoping it would process faster because I urgently needed the money. On September 4, 2026, DooPrime declined my request, stating: "We cannot approve your withdrawal request due to pending deductions." Immediately after, they deducted $478 USD from my account (Transaction ID: 9615237). The math is completely wrong. I deposited $300 and made $242 in profit. Even if they removed the $60 bonus, my balance should be $542. Instead, they took $478, leaving me with only $87. Support has ignored my requests for an explanation and has given me the same copy-pasted response for weeks: "We are working on it." I demand that DooPrime returns my missing $478 USD and allows me to withdraw my full funds immediately.

CONTENT My name is Van Tan Thanh, a retail trader from Vietnam. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the broker operating under the brand name "Vittaverse" (Website: https://vittaverse.com), which claims to be regulated under your jurisdiction. I am currently facing a serious issue where the broker refuses to process my withdrawal request, and I have been unable to access my funds. My trading account details are as follows: • Full Name: Van Tan Thanh • Registered Email: nh******h@yahoo.com • Account ID: 8016658(cTrader Platform) Description of the issue: I have been trading with Vittaverse and accumulated a legitimate balance. On October 09, 2026, I submitted a formal withdrawal request for the amount of 1250 USD. However, the broker has frozen my transaction and locker my account. I have contacted their live chat and customer support multiple times to resolve this matter, but they have continuously delayed the process and failed to provide any valid justification. I have attached all relevant supporting evidence to this email, including my identity document, screenshots of my cTrader account balance, the pending withdrawal status dated 2026-10-09, and communication logs showing their lack of response.
