Dear Bestinfo S,

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We have received numerous complaints against Quotex, many of which involve withdrawal issues. We have also attempted to contact the platform multiple times and requested that it review and address these cases, but have received no response.

The large number of complaints and the platform's lack of engagement raise serious concerns. We strongly advise investors to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this broker.

Please keep all relevant records, including deposit receipts, account statements, withdrawal requests, and communication logs. You may also consider reporting the matter to your local law enforcement or relevant authorities for further assistance.
