
Pay attention to regulatory warning news keeps scam away. There are collections of what brokers are warned by regulators from 12 May, 2023 to 18 May, 2023.
1. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) updates its blacklists, which exposes the lies of scammers. The list may be a little bit longer so you can click here to check the full version.
2. Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) has updated its forex warning list in April, with a total of four unlicensed brokers blacklisted. You can click here for details.
3. Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) issued a notice. It has come to the attention of the Commission that the forex brokers listed below may be conducting activities that are either registrable/licensable or illegal under one or more of the local Acts. 4. Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) has ordered the black-out of 8 new websites that offer financial services illegally. The black-out of these websites by Internet service providers operating on Italian territory is ongoing. For technical reasons, it can take several days for the black-out to come into effect. 5. National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) warned 13 unlicensed brokers, you can click here for details.
6. Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) added five new entities to its Investor Alerts to remind consumers. None of the those entities are registered to engage in the business of trading in securities. Click here to check what entities they are.
