3 ชั่วโมงที่แล้ว By Mark

CXM Group has agreed to acquire TD Markets, expanding its presence in South Africa, according to an official announcement dated 16 October 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Acquisition Targets African Expansion

CXM said Johannesburg-based TD Markets serves more than 50,000 active clients across Africa and holds South African FSCA authorisation as a Financial Services Provider, FSP 49128.

The deal is intended to combine TD Markets’ local presence with CXM’s liquidity and trading technology.

Brand and Client Arrangements to Remain

According to CXM, TD Markets will retain its brand, team and licence, with Amar Ramith continuing as CEO. Client accounts, platforms and withdrawal procedures remain unchanged, and funds continue to be held in segregated accounts.

Following completion, the companies plan to introduce CXM’s 24/7 gold trading and TradingView connectivity to South African clients. CXM also plans to invest in the Johannesburg team.
