Any updates of TD Markets' licensing info?

ANSWER Dear Investor, TD Markets states that it is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). While a search of the FSCA’s official register does list a company matching its name, the FSCA does not publish the websites or domain names associated with its licensees. As a result, it is difficult to confirm whether the broker you're dealing with is genuinely connected to the licensed entity. Additionally, it's important to note that the FSCA is generally regarded as an offshore regulator with less stringent oversight and limited investor protection. This means that an FSCA license alone does not guarantee strong safeguards for your funds. Therefore, we advise you to proceed with caution. Be sure to carry out thorough research and due diligence before investing with this broker.

ANSWER TD Markets is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) with FSP number 49128.But it should be noted that some shady brokers will falsely use the regulatory information of a licensed broker by FSCA, as this regulator provides neither authentication details nor domains of the registered company for traders to verify. Consequently, it is not a hundred percent sure that the licensed entity, TD MARKETS (PTY) LTD, is the one that runs the business under the trading name of TD Markets. It has been improving very significantly the withdrawalsa more faster and you can see you progress no on thenew performance feature and the spreads is close tonothing for a retail trader and also the trading volumeon both currencies and index is legit id definitely call itthe best broker and gonna grow on it . definitely trustworthy.

Although TD Markets is rated highly by some customers in personal reviews on review websites, there is no information available on the TD Markets homepage or elsewhere about any awards received by them. I doubt whether they're using fake information to attract traders.
