Cornerstone FS to Rebrand to Finseta

Cornerstone FS Plc, a foreign exchange and payment services company that offers multi-currency accounts to corporates and individuals, plans to change its name to Finseta plc, effective next month.

The company's TIDM code will also be changed to "FIN" along with the name change, but the ISIN code and SEDOL code will remain unchanged, according to the company.

James Hickman, CEO of Cornerstone FS, said, "As part of our strategic growth plan, we are excited to announce that Cornerstone FS is undergoing a renaming process. This decision is driven by our desire to better align our brand identity with our mission, values, and the comprehensive range of services we provide. Finseta has been chosen to differentiate us in the marketplace as we build upon our reputation as a client-focused leader."

Cornerstone FS had a strong performance in the last year. According to its 2023 trading data report (unaudited) released in January, the firm has seen several figures rise, including active clients, and is expected to reach annual revenues of £9.6 million, well ahead of expectations.
