Ranking List of Complaints Satisfaction in May 2026 Newly Released

1 jam yang lalu BrokersView

The May 2026 Broker Complaint Satisfaction Rankings have been released, highlighting significant differences in how brokers respond to and resolve investor complaints.

The following brokers achieved a perfect 100% complaint handling rate in May, successfully responding to and resolving all reported cases:

At the other end of the rankings, the following brokers recorded a complaint handling rate of 0%, with no reported cases resolved during the month:

A 0% handling rate means that not a single complaint was acknowledged or resolved — a red flag for current or prospective clients.

Three brokers have shown a persistent lack of responsiveness:

Stonewall Capital – This is the third consecutive month (March, April, May 2025) with a 0% complaint handling rate. Such a prolonged silence suggests either a complete disregard for client feedback or operational dysfunction.

Quotex – Now in its second straight month on the 0% list. The binary options platform has failed to improve its complaint response mechanism.

Warren Bowie & Smith – Also for the second month in a row, the broker has left all customer complaints unanswered.

Special Case: TigerWit / Tiger Brokers: Complaints under “TigerWit” actually target Tiger Brokers. Investors said positions were closed using only app push alerts (no emails), causing unexpected losses. Last month, China fined Tiger Brokers for compliance violations. Results:

Parent UP Fintech (TIGR) stock -45% pre-market

Total penalty: ~RMB 411M ($59.7M). Q1 2026: $26.9M net loss (vs. $30.4M profit a year earlier)

Investor Advisory

Repeatedly ignoring complaints signals poor client support and higher risk. Always check a broker’s complaint record and regulatory status before trading.
