We were able to locate this entity in the FSCA’s public register using the provided license number. However, the FSCA does not list or verify the domain names or trading platforms associated with its licensed firms, making it impossible to confirm whether the OTSO website is genuinely linked to the regulated entity.
Separately, OTSO also claims that Abigail Funds Management Pty Ltd, trading as “OTSO Australia”, holds an Australian financial services license from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). We did find this company in ASIC’s registry; however, this ASIC license does not authorize the provision of retail forex trading services. Furthermore, ASIC does not publicly list OTSO or any associated website as a registered brand or trading name under this entity.
