ANSWER Dear Investor, Pure Market states that Pure M Global LTD is regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). We were able to locate this entity in the VFSC’s public register; however, the VFSC does not disclose or verify the domain names associated with its licensees, making it impossible to confirm definitively whether the Pure Market trading platform is genuinely linked to the licensed entity. Moreover, the VFSC is an offshore regulator with limited supervisory capacity and investor protections, which reduces the reliability of this authorization. Second, Pure Market also claims that Pure Markets Africa is registered in the Comoros and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA). Our search did return a listing under MISA for an entity associated with the website http://www.puremarket.global/, and the logo matches that of the Pure Market platform. However, the website itself does not explicitly clarify the relationship between the platform in question and itself, creating ambiguity about corporate structure and accountability. Furthermore, MISA is widely regarded as a very weak offshore regulator with minimal enforcement power and virtually no international recognition. In summary, while Pure Market does appear to hold licenses with two offshore authorities, both jurisdictions offer limited oversight and inadequate investor safeguards. The lack of transparent linkage between the platforms also mean that material risks remain. Therefore, we advise you to exercise caution if choosing to trade with this broker.

ANSWER Pure Market is owned and operated by Pure M Global LTD, a company authorized and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) with license number 14801 and the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). We indeed find match results to Pure M Global LTD in VFSC and SVG FSA. But first, please be informed that SVG FSA does neither issue licenses for forex trading nor regulate brokers offering forex activities. Second, regarding VFSC, we would like to mention that some shady brokers will falsely use the regulatory information of a licensed broker by VFSC, as this regulator provides neither authentication details nor domains of the registered company for traders to verify. Consequently, it is not a hundred percent sure that the licensed entity is the one that runs the business under the trading name of Pure M Global LTD. We would recommend exercising caution when dealing with VFSC-regulated brokers.Overall, it is of certain risk to trade with Pure Market, and we would recommend to choose strongly regulated brokers. Before my stop loss trade, I was stopped by a 7-point trade. Then I waited for support to solve the problem, but it seems they never solved it. That’s why I am tired of trading glitches. Support can't even provide me the reason why I lost a trade. I don't even trust this broker anymore.

Compared with larger brokers, transaction costs of Pure Market are much higher. I chose this broker because I am inexperienced and unfamiliar with trading. After learning the market for a long time, there are many other large brokers whose customer service and spreads are very good. If your trading hours are 4H and above, Pure Market can conduct business. However, if you do day trading or scalping trading below 4H, the commission plus high spreads will take away most of your profits.
