On RS Finance's website, the platform claims to be authorized and regulated by both the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. While we were able to locate valid license numbers, certain key details—such as domain names and email addresses—do not match those of the official records.

According to the FSA of Seychelles, the registered domain and email are "www.richsmartsy.com" and "inquiries@richsmartsy.com" respectively; for ASIC, they are "www.augurcapital.com.au" and "Andrew@augurcapital.com.au". These discrepancies suggest that RS Finance may have misused or stolen regulatory credentials from legitimate entities. We have the reason to doubt that RS Finance may be not regulated by any recognized authority.

On 28 July 2025, upon reconfirming via ASIC's registry, we noted that the website address listed for R S Finance Pty Ltd had been updated from “www.augurcapital.com.au” to “https://www.rsfinance.com.au”. Concurrently, RS Finance provided an email confirming that the website they operate, https://rs-fin.com/, is associated with the entities licensed by ASIC and the Seychelles FSA respectively. They also attached their licensing documents.

Therefore, we can confirm that RS Finance is the trading name used by these two licensed entities.
