Has Brokersview Independently Verified The ASIC and Seychelles Licenses Are Relevant to RS Finance.

I would like to know for certain if Brokersview have checked to be clear that the licenses the company has claimed belong to them. Are you able to confirm this?

On June 24, 2025, we reviewed the website of RS Finance ("https://rs-fin.com/") and noted that the platform claims to be regulated by both the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. While valid license numbers were confirmed, we noted a discrepancy: the domain names and email addresses officially registered with the respective regulators did not match those used by the website. According to the Seychelles FSA , the registered domain belong to "www.richsmartsy.com" ; for ASIC, the registered domain are "www.augurcapital.com.au" . 

However, on July 28, 2025, upon rechecking ASIC’s official registry, we found that the listed website for R S Finance Pty Ltd had been updated from “www.augurcapital.com.au” to “https://www.rsfinance.com.au”. Meanwhile, RS Finance reached out to us via the official email addresses registered with both ASIC and the Seychelles FSA—amartin@rsfinance.com.au and inquiries@richsmartsy.com—providing a formal confirmation letter. In this communication, they clearly stated that "https://rs-fin.com/" is an active domain associated with their regulated entities and attached updated licensing documentation for verification.

The use of the regulator-registered email addresses adds significant credibility to their claim. Based on this updated information and direct confirmation from the licensed entities, we can now confirm that RS Finance operates as a trading name for the ASIC-licensed R S Finance Pty Ltd and the FSA Seychelles-licensed entity. The domains and operations are officially linked.
