SKANESTAS is not considered reliable, as it appears to hold no legitimate financial trading license.
SKANESTAS claims to be based in Australia and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under license number 488828. However, upon checking ASIC’s official register, we found that this license number belongs to a company named STAR FUNDS MANAGEMENT PTY LTD. Furthermore, the domain listed for this licensed entity is www.starfunds.com.au, which has no connection to SKANESTAS’s website. This mismatch strongly suggests that SKANESTAS is misrepresenting or falsely claiming regulatory oversight.
Additionally, SKANESTAS states it is regulated by the National Futures Association (NFA) and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), holding an MSB license. However, after thorough searches in both the NFA and FinCEN databases, we could not find any entity related to SKANESTAS authorized to conduct financial or brokerage activities. Furthermore, an MSB license does not equate to being a regulated broker and only pertains to money transmission services.
Given these red flags, we have serious concerns that SKANESTAS is operating without proper oversight. We strongly advise against engaging with this platform due to the high risk of fraud.
