EQUITY GM appears to be an unauthorized platform.

Our investigation into this trading platform raises concerns of potential misrepresentation, as it seems to be exploiting the reputation of a legitimate entity, Equiti Global Markets Ltd, which is licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) to mislead investors into believing that they are real. However, CySEC records do not show any affiliation between EQUITY GM and the licensed company. 

Furthermore, the Spanish financial regulator, Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), has issued a warning against EQUITY GM for operating without the required authorization. This serves as a significant cautionary indicator.
