The platform’s logo, branding, and claimed legal entity name are strikingly similar to those of A1Capital, creating a strong impression of affiliation. However, a search of the official register of Turkey’s Capital Markets Board (CMB) shows that the domains associated with A1Capital do not include the website used by A1FX. Furthermore, A1Capital’s official website explicitly lists its authorized subsidiaries and trading platforms, and A1FX is notably absent from this list.

These findings strongly suggest that A1FX may be misappropriating A1Capital’s regulatory credentials to falsely present itself as a legitimate, affiliated forex broker. Until clear and verifiable evidence confirms a genuine corporate or operational link, we consider A1FX to be an unauthorised and potentially fraudulent entity.
