Our checks confirm that both regulators’ public registers do list companies matching those names. However, neither the Mauritius FSC nor the FSCA discloses the official websites or domain names associated with their licensed entities. As a result, it is not possible to independently verify whether the SimpleFX platform you are interacting with is genuinely operated by these regulated firms.
Moreover, both the Mauritius FSC and the South Africa FSCA are generally considered offshore regulators, with less stringent oversight and more limited investor protection mechanisms compared to major global authorities.
