PBO Invest seems to rely solely on its alleged registration with the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) to appear legitimate. However, there are two critical points to consider: firstly, the IRI is a privately held maritime and corporate registry service provider that does not have the authority to issue licenses or regulate forex brokers. Secondly, our verification uncovered that the registration claimed by PBO Invest has been annulled. This means that the company operating PBO Invest is currently not properly registered or licensed, raising suspicions of illegal operations.
Additionally, we found that PBO Invest lacks transparency. The address they provide, "Level 25 Heron Tower, 110 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AY", does not specify a particular room number and refers to the entire 25th floor of Heron Tower. Similarly, the location "100 Cannon St, City of London, London EC4N 6EU, UK", shown on the map on their Contact Us page, lacks a detailed room number. The inconsistency in their office address claims adds a layer of complexity and suspicion regarding their honesty and transparency. The broker may not be located at these addresses.
All these concerns point to the suspicious nature of PBO Invest and lead to the conclusion that it may be a potential scam. We strongly advise against using PBO Invest to protect your investments.
