Pocket Option FX claims to be founded in 2013, but its domain (pocketoptionfx.com) was first registered in June 2023. The discrepancy between the website's age and the claim raises a red flag, indicating its intent to defraud.
Pocket Option FX fails to disclose its regulatory information. While it marks itself as a global online investment platform that allows investors to invest in financial products including cryptocurrencies, forex, and stocks, the allegedly USA-based platform is not registered as a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). Therefore, its offerings are illegal.
Furthermore, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against Pocket Option FX, saying it is providing financial services or products in the UK without the required authorization.
Therefore, we strongly suggest investors stay away from unlicensed broker Pocket Option FX.
