This absence of authorisation indicates that Plustrade does not hold the necessary dealer licenses to operate legally in these regions and is not subject to the strict regulatory oversight they claim to possess.
Furthermore, the credibility of Plustrade is severely compromised by regulatory warnings. The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) of Belgium has explicitly placed Plustrade on its warning list, citing unauthorized and illegal activities within the Belgian jurisdiction.
