ANSWER Dear Investor,
EquiLoomPRO is a cryptocurrency platform that claims to be licensed and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
However, our verification searches across the official registries of these three regulatory bodies yielded no results associated with EquiLoomPRO. This discrepancy indicates that EquiLoomPRO has made false claims to mislead consumers into believing it is a regulated and supervised platform.
Consequently, investor funds are extremely unsafe. We strongly advise against depositing any money with this cryptocurrency platform.
If you suspect you have been defrauded by them, we recommend reporting the incident to your local police or relevant legal authorities. Please collect all available evidence, including screenshots of conversations and transaction records. You can also submit a complaint on our platform here, where our team will carefully review your case and provide guidance or explore potential solutions.
