Bytrox Global has not provided any regulatory information, merely claiming that Bytrox Global Limited is incorporated in Saint Lucia and has a physical address in Hong Kong. Firstly, although we did find relevant results in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) system, this only indicates that the entity is registered as an International Business Company (IBC). It does not hold any broker license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate foreign exchange trading, nor does it issue licenses to brokers. Secondly, the Securities and Futures Commission(SFC) of Hong Kong has no record of any entity associated with Bytrox Global.
Therefore, Bytrox Global is effectively operating without any regulation. We strongly advise you to avoid trading with such unlicensed brokers to protect your financial assets.
