More importantly, this registration only indicates that it is an International Business Company (IBC), which is a basic corporate structure and not a financial license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate forex or investment activities, so this status offers no regulatory oversight or investor protection.
The platform also claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. However, our search of the FSC’s official licensing register returned no results for "Brillant Capital" or any related entity, raising serious doubts about this claim.
