ANSWER Dear Investor, ArigoFX is not a legitimate forex trading platform due to its lack of essential forex licenses. The platform fails to disclose any regulatory or licensing information, merely claiming to be registered in Saint Lucia. While we did locate the claimed entity, ARIGOFX LTD., in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) corporate registry, please note that the IFC serves solely as an International Business Company(IBC) registry and does not authorize or license financial derivative brokerage services. Therefore, ArigoFX is effectively operating without any regulatory oversight. Engaging with an unregulated broker inherently poses significant financial risks. We strongly advise you to avoid trading with this platform to protect your capital.

While a company named ArigoFx Ltd may appear in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration is not equivalent to holding a valid securities dealer license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not provide the strict regulatory oversight associated with top-tier financial authorities. Consequently, trading with ArigoFX exposes you to unregulated risk with little to no legal recourse in the event of disputes or financial loss. Given the absence of genuine regulatory protection, we advise you to avoid this broker and choose platforms licensed by reputable authorities.
