Bit Galaxy is an unregulated broker.

Bit Galaxy claims to be operated by Gerrit Enterprise Limited, a company that is supposedly registered in the UAE. However, upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), Central Bank of U.A.E (CBUAE), or DuBai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). This means it is not subject to the oversight of local financial regulators.

What's more, the UK financial regulator, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against Bit Galaxy, stating it is providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. This further hurts Bit Galaxy's credibility.

As such, Bit Galaxy appears to be not regulated by any regulators. Therefore, it is unsafe to let this unlicensed platform hold or control investors' money, and the money cannot be protected by any laws. To safeguard investors' interest, it is advisable to opt for fully regulated brokers only.
