My account number is 870049, I requested a withdrawal on the 19th and it hasn't arrived yet. The customer services at first say that my address was wrong and rejected it, then after I submitted it again, my payment was deducted, but I didn't receive the payment. I asked the salesman, and he said the money will arrive on Friday， then there has been no any more response and also the money has not arrived, is the platform trying not to give me money?
