VT Markets claims that because my remaining funds were processed, "this case has now been closed." This is a completely fallacious argument. Releasing my eligible principal balance is their basic legal obligation; it in no way grants them the right to arbitrarily confiscate my legitimate trading profit of USD 2,838.00.

二、 莫須有罪名，至今零技術舉證 / 2. Unsubstantiated Accusations without Technical Evidence

平台指控本人「從事異常交易」，但至今無法提供任何底層清算所拒單報告、MT4 成交日誌（Log）或具體的異常數據。在 7 月 3 日的官方郵件中，平台甚至公然以「內部風控機密」為由拒絕提供證據。這種「先強扣資金、再扣帽違規、最後拒給證據」的做法，是極致的黑箱對賭行為！

VT Markets labeled my account as "engaging in abnormal trading," yet they have failed to produce a single piece of technical evidence, such as clearing house rejection reports or server MT4 execution logs. In their official email on July 3, they even explicitly cited "internal risk control confidentiality" to justify withholding evidence. Confiscating funds without proof is a direct breach of financial market integrity.

三、 官方監管正式立案，絕不妥協 / 3. Active Regulatory Investigations Pending

請廣大投資者注意，本人絕未接受此不公處理。目前本案已在南非 FAIS Ombud（案號：FAIS-131656-26/27）及毛里求斯 FSC（案號：RE-596）正式立案調查。
