On 24 July I applied for a withdrawal of US$495 from my account at FXBTG, they told me that I would receive the funds in two working days. I called them again on 7.27 and they said that they had already paid out to my bank account but I didn't receive it. Then they asked me to provide my bank statement and send it to their email address. I aslo did it.

Untill yesterday, I called my bank and they said they had not received the money and asked me if I had met a scam and told me to call the police to avoid losses. I have no way to complain, so what do I do...
