I am a verified registered client of Easy Trading Online and successfully completed the account opening process.

During my trading activities, I used a publicly available trend-following Expert Advisor (EA) as a trading aid. Throughout the entire trading process, I strictly complied with the platform's trading rules. I did not engage in wash trading, arbitrage, prohibited hedging, or any other form of prohibited trading activity.

My trades simply followed the prevailing upward market trend. I opened and closed positions under normal market conditions and took profits in the ordinary course of trading. The profits earned were the result of legitimate and compliant trading activities.

However, after my trades generated legitimate profits, Easy Trading Online unilaterally deducted my trading profits without any prior notice, without providing any evidence of rule violations, and without issuing any warning beforehand. The broker has failed to provide any reasonable explanation or supporting evidence for this deduction.

All of my trading activities were consistent with normal market practices. The trend-following EA I used is a widely available and commonly used market analysis tool. It is not a cheating plugin, an exploit, or an arbitrage tool, and my trading did not involve any violation of the platform's trading rules.

I therefore formally submit this complaint and respectfully request that Easy Trading Online:

1. Immediately and unconditionally return all of my legitimate trading profits that were deducted from my account;

2. Provide a written official explanation for the deduction, including the contractual or regulatory basis for its decision and any evidence supporting its allegation of rule violations;

3. Immediately restore my account to normal status and refrain from imposing any further trading restrictions, risk controls, or account suspension without proper justification.

If the platform fails to resolve this matter promptly, refuses to return my funds, or continues to delay the resolution, I will preserve all relevant evidence, including trading screenshots, account statements, and records of the deductions. I will also pursue all available legal and regulatory remedies, including filing complaints with the relevant authorities, seeking legal assistance, and publicly disclosing this matter through legitimate industry channels to protect my lawful rights and interests.
